For Business and Enterprise plans, we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Credits for downtime will be applied to your account upon request.

We process traffic data to provide our Services. You retain ownership of your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shilish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shilish from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.
